Why we use them
We keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal. We use them to make the site work correctly, to understand in aggregate which content is useful, and to improve what we publish. We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or building profiles of individual visitors.

The readiness diagnostic runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are held in memory for the duration of your visit and are not stored in a cookie or transmitted to us unless you choose to send them through our contact form.
Third-party services
Some parts of this site rely on third parties that may set their own cookies:
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used across the site.
- Our scheduling provider — when you click through to book a call, that booking page is operated by a third party under its own cookie and privacy policies.
- Our hosting provider — may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.
- Analytics provider — where enabled, sets cookies described in the Analytics row above.
We do not control third-party cookies. Review the relevant provider's policy for detail on how they operate.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share personal information collected through cookies. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not use cookie data to train artificial intelligence models. We do not combine cookie data with information from data brokers to profile individual visitors.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — blocking all cookies, blocking third-party cookies only, or deleting existing ones. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Instructions are available from each browser vendor for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, usually under Settings › Privacy. Most browsers also offer a private or incognito mode that discards cookies when the window closes.
Where we deploy non-essential cookies and you are in a jurisdiction requiring consent, we will ask before setting them, and you can change your choice at any time.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no consistent industry standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals, so we do not currently respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information — noting that we do not sell or share personal information in any case.
