This site should work for everyone who wants to read it. Here is the standard we hold ourselves to, what we have built in, where gaps may remain, and how to tell us if something blocks you.

LA Global LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who navigate with a keyboard, use a screen reader, rely on magnification, or need reduced motion.
Accessibility is treated as part of building the site properly, not an afterthought.
Standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines are the widely accepted benchmark for accessible web content and underpin accessibility requirements in many jurisdictions.
We assess conformance through a combination of automated testing, manual keyboard testing, and contrast measurement.
What we have built in
- Colour contrast. Every text and background combination on the site has been measured and meets or exceeds the WCAG AA contrast threshold.
- Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements — menus, service tabs, the readiness diagnostic, article panels, and the contact form — can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone. Service tabs also support arrow-key navigation.
- Visible focus. A clear focus indicator is shown on every interactive element so keyboard users can always see where they are.
- Screen reader support. Semantic HTML, descriptive labels, and ARIA attributes communicate the state of expandable panels, tab selections, diagnostic answers, and dialogs. Result updates are announced as they change.
- Reduced motion. Where a visitor's system indicates a preference for reduced motion, animation across the site is disabled.
- Responsive layout. Content reflows down to small screens and supports browser zoom without loss of function.
- Dialog handling. The contact form traps focus while open, closes with the Escape key, and returns focus to where you were.
Known limitations
We want to be straightforward about where gaps may remain:
- The animated background on our home page is decorative and is hidden from assistive technology. It conveys no information, so nothing is lost if it is not perceived. It is disabled under reduced-motion settings.
- Third-party services we link to — including our scheduling provider — are outside our control and may not meet the same standard. If you encounter a barrier booking a call, contact us and we will arrange the meeting directly.
- Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. As we add content and features, some may temporarily fall short. We fix issues as we find them or as they are reported.
Alternative ways to reach us
If any part of this site prevents you from getting the information you need or from contacting us, email contact@laglobal.io and we will provide the information in another format or handle your request directly. There is no need to explain why.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us. Where possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using — it helps us reproduce and fix the problem faster.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
